Step 1.Add Licenses and Reminders

Click "Add License" on the dashboard to track software, subscriptions, domains, certificates, insurance, memberships, devices, bills, mortgages, and other renewal reminders.

Step 2.Mark High-Priority Items

Set important licenses to "High Priority" so they receive extra attention, including special 7-day expiration alerts based on your notification settings.

Step 3.Customize Notifications

Open "Reminders" to manage recipient emails, choose reminder days, enable high-priority secondary email alerts, or turn on browser push notifications.

Step 4.Scan and Store Receipts

Use Receipts to upload purchase documents, extract product details, estimate warranty dates, and save items into your tracking dashboard.

Step 5.Track Vehicle Maintenance

Use Maintenance to track oil changes, registration, inspections, mileage-based service, costs, documents, and upcoming service reminders.

Step 6.Review Reports

Open Tools, then Reports, to review vendor spending across licenses and receipts. Use exports when you need a downloadable summary.

Step 7.View Calendar

Navigate to Calendar to see license renewals, warranties, maintenance dates, and other upcoming reminders in a monthly view.

Step 8.Create Music Playlists

Open "Playlists" from the nav. Create a playlist, set transitions (crossfade, fade, cut, blur), add videos, and click Play for automatic transitions.

Step 9.Sell on Marketplace

Create listings with Buy Now prices, run auctions, or accept offers. A 10% fee is applied on paid sales (FREE listings have no fee).

Step 10.Chat with Friends

Click Messages in nav to view conversations, start DMs from friends list, and chat in floating windows that persist across pages.
